These conditions specify the conditions applicable to the services of the hotel and the rules of procedure of the Hotel L’Étape in order to make your stay more pleasant.

access to the rooms

Rooms are available from 12:00 pm and must be vacated no later than 9:30 am. Beyond this time, the hotel reserves the right to charge you an additional night. All arrivals must be made before the closure of the gondola, that is to say before 16H30. During the winter season, the deadline is extended with the night service (Hours and information on: 04.50.47.29.48). Please note that the reception is not open 24/7. If you cannot arrive between these times, please contact us on the day of your expected arrival. Although the usual arrival is from 12:00, we will have the pleasure of taking care of your luggage until your room is free.

Meal schedule

Breakfast: served in the dining room on the 1st floor between 08:20 and 10:00.

Dinner: served in the dining room on the 1st floor at 7:30 pm

Obligations

• Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms.
• The hotel room is not intended for laundry or meals (except in the large Chalet).
• All activities around the hotel (swimming, ziplining, tobogganing…) is under your full responsibility.
• By booking, you assume full responsibility for all persons in your group. All damage caused by cigarettes or other reasons, apart from normal wear and tear, will be charged. Keys and ski passes lost or not returned on departure will be charged at 25 euros.

valuable items

The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure that you have locked your room before leaving.

Domestic animals

Pets are not allowed in our establishment.

Booking conditions

Any reservation, to be firm and definitive, must be guaranteed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay.

Cancellation or modification of reservation

If you need to cancel or change your booking after confirmation, a cancellation fee will apply:

The hotel does not charge up to 2 months before arrival.

A month before arrival, the hotel reserves the right to take the equivalent of 50% of the deposit paid and below the month before arrival, the full deposit will be taken.

If you shorten your stay once you arrive, you will be charged the normal rate unless the room can be resold.

For half board, meals not taken will not be deducted.

Ski pass

Supplements

• Tourist tax: according to the current rate/person/euro, children under 18 years old are exempt.

• Free WIFI and a computer at your disposal

Chalet rental (7 places)

(see Regulation opposite)

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a deposit of 200 euros. This will be
returned if the chalet is returned in the condition of the day of your arrival,
All complaints concerning the condition of the Chalet and its equipment must be made
within 24 hours of arrival. After this period, no claim will be accepted.

The day of your departure

The cottage must be vacated by 09:00. If the cleaning is not done as agreed, it will cost you 150 euros.
